Most AI consulting today helps organizations get faster at the work they’re already doing. We help organizations apply AI to the work that actually matters: sustainability research, regenerative-economy strategy, and systems-change practice.
Our work sits at an unusual intersection. We’ve co-built generative AI products used by 30,000+ monthly users in learning and development. We’ve designed circular-economy interventions across fishing-net recycling and bamboo-bike supply chains in Spain, Indonesia, and Africa. We’ve worked alongside researchers, educators, and field practitioners on the location-specific problems that don’t fit neat consulting frameworks.
The thread connecting these projects is a belief that purpose-driven work deserves the same caliber of tooling as commercial work. AI, used carefully and skeptically, can make hard sustainability and systems-change research dramatically more tractable.
Current engagements
AI for Sustainability Research
For sustainability and ESG teams, circular-economy practitioners, and regenerative-economy researchers. Move from manual literature reviews and policy analysis to AI-assisted research workflows that compound over time without sacrificing rigor.
AI Research Workflows
For researchers and analysts in any domain integrating AI into their existing research practice. Tool-agnostic implementation: how to use Claude, GPT, NotebookLM, and other tools as research collaborators, what they’re good at, what they’re not, and how to design workflows that hold up over time.
